The Pelco CM9765-MXB Video Matrix Bay is used with 9765 Series Matrix Switchers and includes a power supply and mounting baffle. The bay supports modules for up to 256 camera inputs and 16 monitor outputs; use of multiple bays allows you to expand a single CPU system to support 2048 camera inputs and 512 monitor outputs.

With 1RU, the mounting baffle supports the weight of the matrix bay. It does not allow heat to enter the matrix bay - directs heat from a lower matrix bay (or other equipment) to the rear of the mounting baffle. The mounting baffle comes with front and rear mounting ears that are attached to the front and rear mounting brackets, which can be adjusted for different depths of cabinets. The matrix bay has 1 RJ-45 reversed data cable that is used to connect the matrix bay to the CC1 (Central Processing Unit).

The CM9765-MXB Video Matrix Bay has a unique label for identifying the bay at the time of installation, ensuring correct video and data connections. The matrix bay uses the optional backup power supply module (CM9700-MPS - 120 VAC, 60 Hz) to provide redundancy.
